Unless negotiated otherwise, all commission orders require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time the order is placed. The remaining balance must be paid prior to me shipping your order.
Purchase of an in- stock pen will require payment in full before being shipped.
Please note orders shipped within the state of Texas are subject to a sales tax of 8.25%.
Once your order has been placed, please allow up to one (1) week for your order to be shipped. This timeline may vary and is subject to change.
All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking number included. Shipping within the United States is included in all pen prices.
All orders with destinations outside of the United States are shipped via DHL. As a courtesy to my customers, I cover up to 50% of the shipping cost for international orders. Pricing may vary, but is typically $25 USD depending on the destination. Please note I do not cover any VAT costs.
Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) purchased do not match the description on your receipt, or if a functional defect is discovered and is due to the crafting process. Returned item(s) must be unused, and in the original condition it was received. Refunds will only be issued once the item(s) have been received and checked thoroughly. Unfortunately I am unable to refund shipping costs. Items should be returned to the address listed on the original packaging.
